DoDermalogica is looking for an exceptional Head of E-Commerce who
is ready to take our U.S. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business to the
next level. You will lead performance marketing, website
operations, merchandising, and customer retention. Key
responsibilities include managing the annual e-commerce roadmap,
encompassing marketing strategies and customer lifecycle
management, while providing insights into global e-commerce and
contributing to the broader company strategy. If you are a

Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop - Manage and inspire a high performing 13 person
e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,
and agility.
- Own E-Commerce Strategy - Own the annual e-commerce roadmap,
with a focus on growth marketing, customer lifecycle management,
and retention strategies.
- Drive Performance - Drive revenue growth through performance
marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid
media, and conversion rate optimization.
- Leverage Data for Growth - Utilize analytics and predictive
models (MMM, multi-touch attribution) to drive data-informed
decisions that fuel revenue and profitability.
- Oversee P&L Responsibilities - Balance growth marketing
with profitability, ensuring sustainable and scalable business
success.
- Break Down Silos - Collaborate across teams, working closely
with global teams, finance, customer service, and operations to
create a seamless e-commerce experience from brand awareness to
retention.
- Promote Innovation and Agility - Foster a culture of
adaptability, empowering the team to make data-driven decisions
quickly and confidently.
- Set the Standard - As the leader of Dermalogica's largest DTC
business globally, you'll shape best practices within the Unilever
Prestige DTC portfolio, sharing key learnings and best practices to
drive broader innovation.What You Will BringKey Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree with 10+ years of leadership experience in
e-commerce, with a strong background in performance marketing,
customer retention, and digital strategy (operations experience a
plus).
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and
scaling Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) businesses.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including
SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid media, and conversion
optimization.
- Deep expertise in Shopify, including a strong understanding of
backend technologies and the platform's tech stack.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in
marketing, IT, and customer service.Key Skills and Abilities:
- Strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing
e-commerce growth strategies that align with overall business
objectives.
- Exceptional analytical skills-able to interpret data, develop
KPIs, and optimize e-commerce performance using insights and
predictive modeling.
- Strong budget management and financial planning skills for
e-commerce operations.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling
multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring seamless
execution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
influence, inspire, and align teams toward common goals.
- Deep knowledge of global e-commerce trends, emerging
technologies, and industry best practices.
- A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering
exceptional customer experiences.The expected annual base salary
for this role is $175,000-$225,000. The exact base salary is
determined by various factors including experience, skills,
education, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in
our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company
results.The position will be based out of the corporate
headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work
