Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer,
Android.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Android technology roadmap and drive the architecture,
design, development, testing, maintenance, and operations of
Android apps written in Kotlin
Mentor and guide Software Engineers, collaborating with managers to
provide feedback and create growth opportunities
Lead design sessions, establish coding standards, and promote best
software engineering practices to deliver high-quality code
Required Qualifications
Proven track record as a technical expert in Android development
with extensive experience in Android Clean architecture and
Kotlin
Deep understanding of Android's internal complexities and
proficiency in interfacing with backend systems
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and
prioritize customer experience
Experience with automated testing and writing comprehensive test
suites across architecture levels
