Solugenix is looking for a Service Tech Training Manager. This is a
direct hire opportunity in Montebello, CA.
The Service Tech Training Manager will design, implement, and
manage training programs to enhance employee and service partner
skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals and
supporting partnership development. They will assess training
needs, develop learning strategies, and evaluate program
effectiveness.
Qualifications:
3+ years of L&D or training program experience.
Must have a BS degree.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development
methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
A strong business acumen.
Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
CPLP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Identify training needs at both individual and organizational
levels, including skills gaps and future learning requirements.
Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align
with the company's objectives and business goals.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs and certifications,
using various methods like e-learning, workshops, coaching, and
mentoring.
Source, curate, and manage learning resources and materials.
Manage training budgets, forecast costs, and negotiate contracts
with vendors.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make
adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with managers, HR staff, and other stakeholders to
ensure effective training and development.
Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC:
$110,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered may vary
depending on factors including but not limited to, position
offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal
