This leader designs, deploys, and scales analytics solutions that directly advance organizational goals while leveraging established frameworks. This role champions execution excellence and cultivates a data-first mindset throughout the organization, turning information into measurable outcomes and promoting the evolution of analytics through the use of AI.Responsibilities:

• Execute BI initiatives aligned with department objectives to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Present data insights clearly for stakeholders.
• Keep current on BI technologies and recommend improvements.
• Monitor data quality and integrity in BI processes and implement corrective measures.
• Regularly review and update project budgets to reflect changes in the project's financial situation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial accountability.Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in data analytics or BI, including 5+ years in team leadership roles.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Google, Snowflake, AWS).
  • Experience managing BI projects with analytics deliverables.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.Other:
    • Expertise in data modeling, analytics, and data governance principles.
    • Effective communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interactions.
    • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
    • Foundational technical expertise in analytics, ETL, SQL, programming, and data visualization tools.
