Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Technical Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our Clinical Technical Services department, you'll provide expert product advice to internal and external customers, promoting customer satisfaction and the KARL STORZ brand. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance on KARL STORZ products.
• Develop and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in SPD, surgical technology, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college or technical degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn medical terminology and product knowledge. Preferred Qualifications:
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
    • Certifications/Credentials preferred (CST, CRCST, CBME, CBMT, RN, CBET).
    • Familiarity with endoscopic devices and procedures.
    • Understanding of infection control practices and techniques. What We Offer:
