Job Description:
A company is looking for a Freelance Learning Experience
Designer (LXD) for ILT/vILT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging learning experiences based on audience insights and
learning objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
to create and refine content
Develop project documents such as flow charts, content maps, and
storyboards for client review
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent
Minimum of five years of experience in educational or corporate
training environments
Experience in creating engaging ILT, vILT, and eLearning
content
Familiarity with multimedia technologies
