Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Private Credit to join their
Investments team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and grow relationships with loan origination
partners
Manage the loan pipeline to ensure sufficient capacity for private
credit products
Collaborate with Finance, Underwriting, and Operations teams to
manage transactions and cash flow
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in private credit or asset management,
with exposure to real estate loans
Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and
loan documentation
Proficient in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce
Experience with financial reporting and credit modeling
Ability to assess risk exposure and articulate financial
analysis
