Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%Target Range: $90,000.00 /Yr. - $112,840.00 /Yr.These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.About This JobAxos is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team, focusing on managing our virtualization environment and automation processes. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to oversee and maintain various infrastructure technologies, including VMware, Storage, and PowerShell tooling.This position is on-site and located at our office in San Diego CA, Las Vegas NV, Centennial CO, Omaha NE, or Edison NJ.Responsibilities:

• Manage VMware and virtualization for enterprise solutions
• Manage Automation and scripting tools and solutions
• Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware, Storage Solutions and Automation
• Perform highly complex analysis and technical evaluation of the existing and future IS Infrastructure
• Organized and able to plan and execute on tasks while providing status updates
• Review and contribute to the improvement and standardization of infrastructure virtualization systems, storage systems and automation tooling processes across all business unitsQualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a technical or computer-related field of study or equivalent related experience or higher
  • 10+ years' experience with VMware, Powershell or similar technologies
  • Committed to providing excellent end user technology support and customer service to staff, business partners, and vendors
