Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processing Assistant Team Lead to
manage a pipeline and support processing assistants in their
tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of outstanding tasks and assist in load
balancing
Act as the primary contact for new hires, providing guidance and
training
Cover processing assistant pipelines and ensure timely
follow-ups
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience as a processing assistant or equivalent
Knowledge of basic mortgage principles
Experience with Construction to Perm (CTP) or New Construction
loans is a plus
Familiarity with Manufactured Housing is a plus
